When they arrived we did a walk through the house and agreed on what would be wrapped, protected, etc. Those items were not protected. Only a few dressers wrapped so that the drawers would fall out during move.
We have to file a claim on our TV that was cracked and two scratch marks on our new home floors due to a dolly. 2 of the 3 movers were wonderful. Towards the end one mover was giving me a hard time about putting items upstairs, he was tired, etc..
I would not recommend.

Rocket Services helped us get some very heavy bulky furniture out of the basement and main floor and into the garage. They were very knowledgeable on disassembling the furniture and carefully moving it.

They arrived 2 hours late, but they did call beforehand to make sure it was alright. They arrived with a truck and trailer instead of a box truck. When I spoke to them to confirm the appointment, he mentioned they would bring a truck and trailer, but I didn't realize it was a pickup. I informed them about the stairs and the lack of an elevator. However, when they arrived, they only brought one dolly, and it wasn't even one they could use to take things upstairs. So, it took 3 hours longer than planned. The last movers I had were able to deal with moving from a 3 story to a 3 story with no elevator and 2 workers and were able to complete it in 3 hours.
