If the crew you get is lead by a guy from Atlanta named "Henry", beware. He had a very bad attitude while at our home. His partner Anthony did most of the heavy lifting and Henry just barked orders at him. Henry had the experience and seemed to be in charge. But, in the end they were unable to fit all of our items on the truck though we were not shipping a whole lot. Henry did admit the he had packed the truck wrong. Unfortunately, the couple of things we asked him to take extra care with (our sectional couch and dining room table) he did not even take the time to use pads with them though we paid for dozens and still had them left at the end. THEN, the worst, at the very end Henry asked me to get my phone and tried to pressure me to select a five star and write in his name while he watched. I faked him out and he left thinking I had followed his direction, but I did not. He was not a five. It was a bad experience. Be advised that high ratings with Right Choice Moving is not because they are good in every occasion. Our experience was bad. Henry used stiff-armed tactics to try to ensure top ratings. I am sure this has worked on many occasions for him. Stay away from this team and beware if a "Henry" greets you when they arrive. Anthony was great!
UPDATE: I am updating this review because I saw the response from Right Choice claiming we are another moving company. We are not. We are a husband and wife with four kids moving from Georgia to Tennessee. My wife and I are both Army vets. We have never worked for or been involved with a moving company in our life. Their response shows the ethics of this company. Right Choice Moving acts unethically and then tell lies to cover them and remain unaccountable. Stay clear of this company. (Note: They subsequently deleted their lie that we were another moving company.)
UPDATE2: Updating again because of the additional response from this company. They are making more false claims. This has nothing to do with race. Both Henry and Anthony are the same race. And, race does not matter to us. Anthony was great. Henry was not. Henry did a poor job and then sought to coerce a top review from us. That is just a fact. And now for them to be attacking my kids, that is a new low... My kids were not even present most of the morning. They returned and were upstairs after the upstairs was completed to stay out of the way. They did not treat anyone disrespectful in any way. They were not around and were fully detached from the whole process. We are just giving an honest review of what happened. Instead of addressing the identified issues, Right Choice Moving has instead chosen the route of making egregious claims (first saying we are a moving company, then that our review is based on race, etc.). These continued responses by Right Choice Moving further shows why they should be avoided. (Note: Just like the previous false claim, they have now also subsequently deleted their attack on my kids and their statement that our negative review was due to race.)
UPDATE3: The new false claim by Right Choice Moving is that we "complain about every moving company". It is another fabricated lie. The fact is this is the first time we have used the service. HireaHelper is great. Right Choice Moving did our loading and they were were a 1-star. Another company did our unloading and we rated them a 5-star.
Please stop harassing my family just because I gave an honest review of your company. Thank you.
