I have made many cross state moves. These are the worst movers I have ever encountered. I requested 3 movers and spoke to Felix about it even the night before the move.The day of the move they only sent two movers.I have one very heavy case good that they broke the foot off of from lifting it incorrectly. They promised to make good. Three times they said they would come and set it upright. It’s been on it’s side in my living room.Finally, they show up today and as they move it the furniture is creaking and foot is bending as they try to put it into place. I was getting upset. I have it one video. At this point Felix says I’m talking like he is “colored,” and stating he is a deputy. He says he is going to call his sheriff. What? I didn’t threaten him in the least, I was talking passionately because I didn’t want my furniture broken. I have him on video. I asked that they move the cabinet up against the wall and leave. He refused and left it in the middle of my living room. Then he continued to send me text message. I actually believe they broke another foot off another cabinet that is currently in my garage. After the first one was broken, I walked into the garage and saw the second one broken. The movers told me it was broken in the shipping POD. So why didn’t they call me out to see it while it was in the POD so I would know they didn’t break it? These guys are very unprofessional. BEWARE!!
