These guys were great! I'm so happy we decided to hire loaders for our pods. They were able to get so much in both pods, we were highly impressed. And they were fast and for our all done in their time limit. I chose to tip and buy them lunch from Whataburger for the end. Very nice and considerate with us and our things.

I hired Euphoria Movers to load a trailer for me. I provided moving blankets and plastic wrap for them to wrap my belongings. They didn’t use plastic wrap on anything except for my dresser, and the majority of my other belongings were damaged because they were not properly protected. My dining room table that’s less than a year old has chunks of wood missing from the side of it and every single one of the 4 chairs has scratches all over it. My dresser, which they did wrap (but not very well), has a chunk of wood missing from the corner. My couch also has two holes in the back of it because they put my headboard with the bolts exposed behind it. The things that were “wrapped” with blankets weren’t wrapped at all, they literally placed blankets over furniture without taping it down. I called the movers the day after I moved when I discovered the damage, and the owner (who was one of the men who helped load the trailer in the first place) said he’d send me the money he was tipped back because I didn’t feel like their work was worthy of the tip they received. He said he’d send it back, and he didn’t. I called again a few days later and he said he never got my Venmo to send the tip back, so I sent it again, and then I called again the next day to follow up and he hung up on me. Which is awesome. I’m so glad I paid these lovely movers $300+ to break $1000+ worth of my belongings. Would not recommend.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?
We'd prefer the customer clean the space being moved. If the customer is packing their belongings, please label according to what items and where (e.g. what room) you'd like them moved.
What types of moves have you handled?
long distance, across the country (from Austin to Chicago, etc.), office moves, local, small moves, rearrange, multi-day moves (e.g. homes over 5,000 sq ft.)
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Seeing the euphoria on a customer's face after we've completed a move or job in a timely and efficient manner. There's no better feeling.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We train crew members on proper lifting, packing and customer service techniques.

We accept next day requests at our normal rates.
