Go2Movers - A Local Austin Moving Company

The order was for 2 movers/2 hours to load a single 16 foot container. before the day of the move the customer informs Go2movers that there are in fact 2 containers on site a 16 ft and 8ft. The customer was then advised that more movers and more time may be needed. We informed the customer that our schedule was very tight that day and we did not have additional time but could add a third mover. We never pushed for additional time it is the exact opposite we told her we had a tight schedule and no additional time available. Upon arrival and the initial walk-through David Reyes did estimate four maybe five hours to complete the job start to finish. However this was before I noticed the 8 foot container was already 100% loaded which was completed by her husband. Ultimately my advice was sound and solid. Three movers completed the job right on two hours per the order. Two movers would not of got that done in two hours. Also you mentioned “they” told you two hours would be a sufficient. You mentioned you got that information from the website on Hireahelper. Go2Movers never told you two hours would be sufficient. Go2movers advise the customer that more time and more movers would be needed to load both containers. After an order is initially placed David Reyes will advise customers on time and space and manpower. This advice and knowledge comes from over 5,500 competed jobs with my own two hands.
