Amazing job! Showed up on time, got everything out of the apartment quickly, then I thought they were done but realized there was a lot of work to do actually getting things settled properly on the truck. That was totally ok though, because by the time they were done, everything was incredibly secured with blankets and rope, the truck was balanced so the drive (which for us was 4 days long) was smooth and easy, no swaying, and absolutely nothing was damaged by the time we got to our final location. Cannot recommend this crew highly enough!

David and Eli arrived on time. They were courteous, friendly, helpful, and managed to fit more stuff in the container than we expected. They worked efficiently and were very careful to avoid damaging our furniture. We would definitely recommend Go2Movers and use them again if the need arises.

Summary: Great attitude, furniture wrap/disassembly and ability to pack things in a small space...but they disregarded fragile-marked boxes which led to some crushing.
Pros: The team at Go2Movers showed up on time, had excellent customer service and were expert wrappers/disassemblers. They quickly assessed that our containers were too small and agreed to come back the next day (paid, of course) to finish the job. We were really impressed by how they fit everything in and were grateful for how they agreed to a re-book on such short notice. Lesson learned to consult movers instead of the container company when figuring out how much container space to rent!
Cons: When we arrived at our destination and opened the containers, we noticed that they had blatantly disregarded any "fragile" or "this side up" stickers on the boxes. One fragile box was at the bottom of a stack and partially crushed. A clearly-marked fragile and this-side-up dish pack was on its side and partially crushed. Thankfully nothing was broken, but lesson learned for next time to be clearer about what boxes need special care.

The gentleman who unloaded my Pod were wonderful.
They were efficient and helpful.
I could tell they felt really bad about the job my original loaders did. Given the amount of crushed boxes and broken items I had, they did everything they could to help us out.
Even took pictures and sent them to me.

David and team were professional and courteous. Two thirds of the guys were fantastic and hustled to try and get our stuff unloaded on time. The third however showed little to no hustle and of the many movers I've used in the past was the slowest I've seen.
