They were great. They showed up early, handled our stuff well, and finished everything ahead of schedule. They brought all the equipment needed for the job and worked tirelessly, despite the heat and the 3 flights of stairs. I'd recommend them to anyone!

The 4 gentlemen who showed up to move the contents of my home were great. They were on time...even a couple minutes early! There was some miscommunication about what materials they were providing verses what I was supposed to provide...which resulted in a last minute trip to Home Depot to purchase $200+ in packing blankets, tape & shrink wrap.
When I suggested the information on the website be updated to be more clear for long distance moves, the gentleman who contacted me from Go2Movers quickly told me that I didn't read it right & it was stated plainly on the website. There was no "sorry for the misunderstanding"...nothing close to compassion for the stressed out, sleep deprived home owner they were speaking with. That's why they get 3 stars instead of 4 or even 5.
All that being said, the crew worked super hard...and it was 100+ degrees outside. They finished about an hour early, too...super efficient!
Even though they got the job done & packed the POD well, I probably would not use this company again simply for the added stress leading up to the loading of the POD.

Our move was going terribly until these guys showed up. They were on time and ready to work from the second they arrived. They wouldn't let us lift a finger to help and they moved everything with great care in only an hour and 15 minutes. Then they asked if there was anything else they could help with in the time we had left. They moved furniture into place for us and even built our bed frame. I couldn't recommend these guys more highly and I wouldn't hesitate for a second to use them again.

We used Go2Movers to unload a 7x7x8 Pod to a third floor apartment. The two movers were super helpful and diligent. Despite having worked two jobs prior to ours (all three on the top floors of apartments), they were respectful of our possessions and finished an hour early. They took two hours to unload everything, even though we had done a poor job loading the pod initially. They also arrived an hour earlier than expected, after they called and asked if we were available.
My only complaint was the movers implied that the only option to confirm the job was complete was to use the texting option. Although this method was convenient, it did not notify the company that the movers finished an hour early, which would refund money for time unused. I contacted customer service and they took care of the issue quickly and respectfully.

The two men that HireAHelper sent out were great! Thay weren't the fastest but in saying that, they were extremely careful with my furniture and property. We spent a lot of time and money restoring the house we were moving out of and the last thing we wanted, was to have to go in and repair walls and woodwork after our move. I would diffently use again.
