What a great group of guys! Morris called and confirmed the job ensuring they would be prepared and us all in the same page. The crew arrived on time - even though it was early and I’m pretty far out. They worked hard and fast and efficiently and did a great job. Would recommend to anyone moving in for sure.

The workers were friendly but there were some good things and some concerns that I had regarding Morris business tactics. My original move date changed suddenly when my apartment flooded. He fit me into his schedule last minute and I appreciated that. I asked for help with packing, and it felt like it was under the table, because he had me pay with Zelle. I hired him for two packers for four hours. He told me at three hours they were done. I felt uncomfortable confronting him about this as he is a big strong man, so I just determined that the extra hour was his tip. The next day was for moving into the POD. He had decided on the day before that we needed another mover and another hour to complete the moving portion. They did work hard, but again Morris said at two hours, an hour early, that they were done. In general, I felt taken advantage of that he did not honor me for the number of hours that I hired them for. It was unfortunate that since I was in crisis mode from the apartment flooding that I was not comfortable confronting him in the moment. Again on moving day, I did not give them any tip since they left an hour early again.
