A very simple review. They were excellent and I highly recommend them.
They showed up on time, there were four movers instead of the two requested but no change in cost.
They were prepared with the right gear (hand trucks & dollies).
They followed my instructions and the move was complete in under an hour!
This was emptying a 26' truck.

Absolutely amazing and efficient work. Everything was moved before the two hours were over, including the piano. Piano moving rate was identical to an external quote from a piano specific company, and they took the same care and consideration with my piano as the piano movers had when it arrived. The movers, especially Morris, were polite, considerate, and respectful of us and all our property. They took special care to protect our fragile items and packed our POD securely with room to spare.

They used my bathroom without asking. Someone was wearing a foul smelling cologne and I was left with an unpleasant odor in my house. They were done in 2 hours but I paid for 3 and there was more moving they could have done and didn't stay to do a "finished" job. I had to ask a friend for help to secure the load they put into the POD because they barely had it strapped, although I provided a ton of strapping. They loaded stuff in a way that it was definitely going to slide forward and impede door upon unloading. I don't want them back, no thanks.

The glass shelves that were part of a cabinet were not wrapped and therefore were broken in transit.
The glass showcase I had was not wrapped properly and was received completely broken. The doors were not removed and secured so again everything was broken
