The movers did not bring any kind of moving equipment, even though HireAHelper said they would. They could not make a 10x15 (75% full) fit into a 10x16. They did not wrap my furniture in the blankets I provided, but they did wrap a plastic bin in a blanket. They left over 30 minutes before their obligatory 3 hours was done, and there was so much work to do. They broke a piece of wooden furniture, stripping the threading and just handed me the foot of the cabinet. They told me it fell off and the cabinet was already loaded, so I should hang onto it for later. They told me the pod was overloaded with about 30 boxes still in storage. Upon arrival, it was obvious they didn't use the height in the pod, so it was poorly packed. It took me 2 days to throw away personal treasures, books, some of my nice dishes, my flatware set, and anything that could not be replaced because I already had my SUV loaded with essentials. I also had to pay $600 in trash removal to get rid of the things they did not pack. I would NEVER use them again. They did not respect my property. They did not bring a dolly, but thankfully there was one at the storage unit. I definitely got the feeling they were hot and wanted to leave, especially since HireAHelper had made me pay for 3 hours up front. My experience with them was awful. The only thing they got right was showing up on time.

Excellent, professional movers! They even patiently waited while my POD was delivered. They moved everything carefully and extremely efficiently. Highly recommend for any move job!

Scheduled two people,requested from previous job, four showed up! Two out of the four could of cared less for being there,running through the house at speeds just to get done,no regards for our things! At one point I went outside they were literally trying to throw a cabinet on top because they were running out of room! JOB FINISHED I SAID $511 For hour half, Morris says oh ya but had 4 people that’s why, my entire garage ,patio and furniture pieces were left behind. Had to order hula tofinish job myself and rent storage shed! RIDICULOUS!
ALL ON ADVICE OF SIZE OF POD ORDERED, workers said “U HAVE LOT OF STUFF”
CANNOT WAIT to open pod when we do move to see condition of our belongings the way things were being thrown around!
NOT HAPPY WITH CREW ON THIS JOB AT ALL!
