We are highly trained professional movers with many years experience, we only hire movers with a minimum of 5 years experience. The two guys that were sent were very helpful and kind. My husband and I were moving cross country with a three month old, so the move was tough enough as is, but when we discovered that the majority of our furniture was ruined during the packing process (believe it or not we paid professional packers to pack and load up the a pod on the front end) it was a very emotional experience for me. The movers were so understanding and did what they could to make sure there was not any further damage to our belongings. We went over the scheduled time due to unforeseen circumstances, but the movers worked fast and hard and were cognizant of what they were doing. They always had positive attitudes too especially when things took longer than expected. Overall, we were very happy with them.

Our two movers were terrific. They had a great attitude and handled a heavy table up stairs and it remained in perfect condition. It wasn't easy, but they did it really quickly. They were on time, and quite nice. Quick to smile, and very professional.

They were on time however, two arrived when I had requested three men pack my things. The two that arrived ended up being nice but they complained during the first hour complaining about how many boxes I had. No one had ever asked how many boxes I had to begin with. Also, Ogre Man Movers were the people that unpacked me when I arrived in Los Angeles. I showed them how my POD was packed, standing my couch on one end. When I had the POD unpacked they were amazed at how things were smashed in there. My couch was smashed, arm rests marked by opposite sides of the POD. The two guys got everything in the POD, which I was relieved but they were not optimistic to begin with.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
We provide a follow up call after booking, we go over the job details with you, answer any questions you may have in preparation for your move and offer any additional advice on packing items and what's needed for a safe and speedy move.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
We provide a phone call when en route to your move and as soon as we get to your location we do a walk thru to see what's being moved. We then start to wrap and protect items if we are loading, and get them into your truck or Storage container as safely and timely as possible. If its an unload, we do a walk thru to see the lay out of your home and ask where you want your belongings and then unload and unwrap your items safely and speedy. In both cases feel free to ask us to re arrange any of your items.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
To be best prepared to save time and money, everything should be packed and wrapped and ready for your move. However, we understand moving is quite overwhelming and can be a lot to deal with, in which case, were happy to come in and pack your entire household up, bring supplies such as boxes, tape, blankets, everything needed for a successful move. Then just sit back, put your feet up and let us take care of everything from start to finish.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have been in this industry for over 15 years and have seen and done it all. We do everything from nationwide cross country moves, to office moves, residential home moves, white glove services for art and sculptures, to grand and upright pianos, vehicle and motorcycle deliveries, as well as animal delivery and everything single thing in between. There is not a single thing we haven't encountered and are prepared for everything we come across.

What training do you provide your crew members?
What makes us special is that we only hire experienced movers with a minimum of 5 years moving experience, the average is 7 to 10 years. What that means, is that very little training if any is needed, but provided when necessary to meet our standards for quality. Experience and knowledge is shared between movers on every job so our team continues to get stronger and more knowledgeable with every job. We look forward to turning your most stressful day into an enjoyable experience.
