We are highly trained professional movers with many years experience, we only hire movers with a minimum of 5 years experience. We specialize in everything from small households, to warehouses, to antiques and priceless pieces of art, upright and grand pianos, and everything in between. Our main goal is customer satisfaction, in addition we are non smokers so were not taking any unnecessary breaks, we get in there and get the job done as safely and as swiftly as possible. Anthony & team were on time, they came promptly at 10 am as scheduled. They were prepared for the job, worked really hard, and had a great attitude the whole time - even though it was 107 degrees outside on the day that I moved. They clearly knew the proper procedures for wrapping things with furniture pads & plastic wrap, and packing everything into a pod-type container. They were respectful of my property and my goods, and packed the container very tightly and efficiently. I would use them again for sure.

We (my sister and I) were more than pleased with Orgre Man Movers. They
were professional, quick (but careful), friendly and helpful. We were
truly amazed at how well they packed all of our stuff and then had room for
more. If we had been ahead of the game and realized just how much they
could pack in one container we probably could have filled it and been
done. Today, I decided to cancel the other container and the help that I
had ordered for the 27th and 28th. I believe that I can fill the extra
room and be done with it.
So far we are pleased all around with The Pack Rats and the Hire A
Helper/Orgre Man Movers.

David and his guys were extremely hard working, loading a 20' shipping container for me. They were friendly, respectful of the furniture, and didn't stop until they had finished the job in record time. The only downside was that they arrived late, probably through no fault of their own. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them!

Disclaimer: I would have given a 3 star rating for pretty okay/average service but I am having trouble getting a response from David, the owner. They were 2H late and were not in uniform as advertised. They were good at loading the truck but a bit slow and did not wrap the furniture in any way that I could not have done. David, the owner, spent a ton of time on his phone but we were still paying for his help. It was dark by the end of the job so the last few items were hastily thrown into the truck. He (David) was also overheard by my wife telling the other 2 helpers to act like they knew what they were doing. Pretty average for movers I suppose, and the price for service was pretty affordable.
One of the movers broke a lamp in front of me and David. David apologized several times and kept saying he would pay to replace the lamp. It was a 230.00 dollar lamp and we agreed on 130.00 to replace. At the end of the job I gave a nice tip and they were on their way. David has said he sent a check and that he would resend since we never recieved it. It has been over 3 weeks and I am having trouble getting replies to my messages from David. He has told me he intends to pay for the damage but after 3 weeks I am starting to wonder. For affordable help loading up boxes- they will work okay. For really high end furniture, I may try a different company with more experienced movers and better at protecting your items.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
We provide a follow up call after booking, we go over the job details with you, answer any questions you may have in preparation for your move and offer any additional advice on packing items and what's needed for a safe and speedy move.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
We provide a phone call when en route to your move and as soon as we get to your location we do a walk thru to see what's being moved. We then start to wrap and protect items if we are loading, and get them into your truck or Storage container as safely and timely as possible. If its an unload, we do a walk thru to see the lay out of your home and ask where you want your belongings and then unload and unwrap your items safely and speedy. In both cases feel free to ask us to re arrange any of your items.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
To be best prepared to save time and money, everything should be packed and wrapped and ready for your move. However, we understand moving is quite overwhelming and can be a lot to deal with, in which case, were happy to come in and pack your entire household up, bring supplies such as boxes, tape, blankets, everything needed for a successful move. Then just sit back, put your feet up and let us take care of everything from start to finish.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have been in this industry for over 15 years and have seen and done it all. We do everything from nationwide cross country moves, to office moves, residential home moves, white glove services for art and sculptures, to grand and upright pianos, vehicle and motorcycle deliveries, as well as animal delivery and everything single thing in between. There is not a single thing we haven't encountered and are prepared for everything we come across.

What training do you provide your crew members?
What makes us special is that we only hire experienced movers with a minimum of 5 years moving experience, the average is 7 to 10 years. What that means, is that very little training if any is needed, but provided when necessary to meet our standards for quality. Experience and knowledge is shared between movers on every job so our team continues to get stronger and more knowledgeable with every job. We look forward to turning your most stressful day into an enjoyable experience.
