We are highly trained professional movers with many years experience, we only hire movers with a minimum of 5 years experience. We specialize in everything from small households, to warehouses, to antiques and priceless pieces of art, upright and grand pianos, and everything in between. Our main goal is customer satisfaction, in addition we are non smokers so were not taking any unnecessary breaks, we get in there and get the job done as safely and as swiftly as possible. The two men that helped pack our pod were very nice. They showed up about 15 minutes late, but when they got there, they worked their TAILS off in 95 degree weather. They packed the back of our trailer like tetris. We NEVER could have gotten all of our stuff into the moving container without their help. My only complaints are that 1. I saw a mover drop our flat screen television on the street and he never pointed it out to me. I didn't want to deal with a confrontation, so I didn't say anything - luckily we found out that the tv still worked after the move. 2. Our dresser had a chip out of the back and one of our nightstands got a gnarly scratch across the top of it - but they're both from ikea so I wasn't all that concerned. Besides, it was partly our fault for not providing enough moving blankets. I don't fault the movers for that. I gave them both a good tip and lunch for helping us with what could have been a much more difficult move. I would use them again.

Albert and Dwayne arrived a bit ahead of schedule and set right to work. They were fast, efficient and courteous. Albert came to us in the last few minutes of the two hours and told us they would have to charge an additional $50 even if they worked a minute over. We were able to finish the last tiedown on our own and appreciated the courtesy of the warning. Great job!

They showed up pretty close to on time, they were polite and helpful, and they didn't try to nickel and dime us on a time limit. They weren't gentle but they still did a good job and I would hire them again in the future.

My experience leading up to the move was great. John was very friendly; their rate was reasonable and the prior reviews gave me confidence that all would go well. On the day that the work was to be completed, the movers were supposed to show around 1pm. I paid an additional fee to U-Pack (separate service) to guarantee that my relocubes would be there by 1, which they were. To make a very long afternoon and story short, they did not arrive until 9pm. The movers were scheduled on another job in Pasadena that went longer than anticipated. Then, there was heavy traffic to get to Long Beach. Why there were not reserves on hand is the most maddening to me. The company discounted me 35% but I frankly thought it should have been more. Moving is stressful enough as it is.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
We provide a follow up call after booking, we go over the job details with you, answer any questions you may have in preparation for your move and offer any additional advice on packing items and what's needed for a safe and speedy move.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
We provide a phone call when en route to your move and as soon as we get to your location we do a walk thru to see what's being moved. We then start to wrap and protect items if we are loading, and get them into your truck or Storage container as safely and timely as possible. If its an unload, we do a walk thru to see the lay out of your home and ask where you want your belongings and then unload and unwrap your items safely and speedy. In both cases feel free to ask us to re arrange any of your items.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
To be best prepared to save time and money, everything should be packed and wrapped and ready for your move. However, we understand moving is quite overwhelming and can be a lot to deal with, in which case, were happy to come in and pack your entire household up, bring supplies such as boxes, tape, blankets, everything needed for a successful move. Then just sit back, put your feet up and let us take care of everything from start to finish.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have been in this industry for over 15 years and have seen and done it all. We do everything from nationwide cross country moves, to office moves, residential home moves, white glove services for art and sculptures, to grand and upright pianos, vehicle and motorcycle deliveries, as well as animal delivery and everything single thing in between. There is not a single thing we haven't encountered and are prepared for everything we come across.

What training do you provide your crew members?
What makes us special is that we only hire experienced movers with a minimum of 5 years moving experience, the average is 7 to 10 years. What that means, is that very little training if any is needed, but provided when necessary to meet our standards for quality. Experience and knowledge is shared between movers on every job so our team continues to get stronger and more knowledgeable with every job. We look forward to turning your most stressful day into an enjoyable experience.
