Updated Review: We really hate to put this womans business in public but this is ridiculous, we are in the middle of pressing charges against this woman and this is how she behaves. This woman has now prceeded to harass me for 2 days straight all of which has been recorded and documented with hireahelper, yelp, google, and the BBB, you can literally go to yelp as I have posted all the pictures of this conversation and you can see clearly this woman is the one who messaged me non stop after I asked her dozens of times to stop contacting me. she literally said to my face "who hires blacks these days, there are much better labor options" I then refused to service her job and refused to listen to her demands any further, after she already forced us to rearrange the pod. Once leaving she then sent me nearly 150 messages from multiple numbers, harassing me threatening me for days on end after I have begged to leave me alone, those messages pictured are my responses to about 5 of the hundreds of messages this insane person sent. I have had to leave reviews against her with the better business bureau, yelp, and google as this behavior will not be tolerated. In addition we will be notifying multiple media outlets about this woman Catherine M as her jewelry business needs to be boycotted as she exploits people of color without them knowing she's insanely racist. All employees on this job were disrespected, talked down to, and were subjected to behavior no one should be. Because this person demanded we load things knowing they would break, and she refused to sign a waiver of liability, she unfolded this tempter tantrum you see before you into out of control racism and harassment. The only picture that was sent to you was a screenshot from google showing where our attorney is serving you with paperwork for your lawsuit. Honestly this behavior is unacceptable and again for the millionth time please stop messaging us and respond directly to our attorney. I have posted pictures of this womans harassment on yelp as well as my responses which are as polite as can possibly be someone who treated us the way she did.




Original Review: Hands down the worst customer we have had in a while. 1st all of our employees are randomly drug tested constantly, so thats ludacris, and the fact of the matter is we found your drug paraphernalia mixed with trash all over your house and told you you needed to clean your home for us to continue moving as we do not move filthy people with drugs and trash everywhere, which made you irate. You also only paid for 2 people we sent a 3rd free of charge, as the job before yours had 3 people, which is why the job went so quickly for you. 2nd we packed your truck perfectly you then demanded it be repacked to your specifications which completely absolves ourself as well as hireahelper of liability. When you called the owner he tried to explain to you that we have to pack trucks our way for liability purposes you then started demanding we do it your way, which was unsafe and without proper supplies. Nothing was packed improperly until you demanded we pack it your way which we told you was wrong from the get go! Why hire professionals if you apparently know everything about the moving industry yourself? You're rude and disrespectful, we tried to explain multiple times the way you wanted your truck packed was not safe and you tried to demand we pack your truck in a way we knew would break your items and we declined, we don't pack items knowing they will break. We also reserve the right to refuse anyone service, especially racist people who talk down to us such as yourself. Honestly you're lucky we stayed as long as we did with the way you behaved. Everything about you and your attitude is unacceptable and we flat out refuse service to you! I don't know how many times I have to say it, just because you rent a service does mot mean you own us!
