The movers were professional for the most part, but they were slow. I also ended up with a broken washing machine that’s only two years old— the top panel was out of place and the parts underneath it, broken. To be fair, I cannot be sure as to when that happened during the move, as this was an out of state move, but I did hear an unusual thump when my laundry room appliances were being taken upstairs.

One of the guys was great( short darker skin and built) the other (light skin with braids and skinny)not so much and he broke one of my antique pieced by not ensuring the doors were secure when he picked it up. If he had stayed off of his phone he might have realized it was not secure.
also unloading the truck breakable boxes was stacked on bottom(clearly marked not to do that) so I am marking it up to passive aggressive behavior or discrimination against two gay guys.

The guys who showed up were great. They worked fast but we still needed an extra hour which I was happy to pay. However a technical delay caused me to be 5 minutes late processing my payment online and I was automatically charged for a second extra hour. That’s what keeps me from giving the highest rating.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
We provide a follow up call after booking, we go over the job details with you, answer any questions you may have in preparation for your move and offer any additional advice on packing items and what's needed for a safe and speedy move.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
We provide a phone call when en route to your move and as soon as we get to your location we do a walk thru to see what's being moved. We then start to wrap and protect items if we are loading, and get them into your truck or Storage container as safely and timely as possible. If its an unload, we do a walk thru to see the lay out of your home and ask where you want your belongings and then unload and unwrap your items safely and speedy. In both cases feel free to ask us to re arrange any of your items.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
To be best prepared to save time and money, everything should be packed and wrapped and ready for your move. However, we understand moving is quite overwhelming and can be a lot to deal with, in which case, were happy to come in and pack your entire household up, bring supplies such as boxes, tape, blankets, everything needed for a successful move. Then just sit back, put your feet up and let us take care of everything from start to finish.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have been in this industry for over 15 years and have seen and done it all. We do everything from nationwide cross country moves, to office moves, residential home moves, white glove services for art and sculptures, to grand and upright pianos, vehicle and motorcycle deliveries, as well as animal delivery and everything single thing in between. There is not a single thing we haven't encountered and are prepared for everything we come across.

What training do you provide your crew members?
What makes us special is that we only hire experienced movers with a minimum of 5 years moving experience, the average is 7 to 10 years. What that means, is that very little training if any is needed, but provided when necessary to meet our standards for quality. Experience and knowledge is shared between movers on every job so our team continues to get stronger and more knowledgeable with every job. We look forward to turning your most stressful day into an enjoyable experience.
