We are highly trained professional movers with many years experience, we only hire movers with a minimum of 5 years experience. I scheduled an arrival between noon and 1, they showed up at 1:15. In two hours they accomplished maybe half of what I expected, leaving several items scattered across three flights of stairs. This was a 1 bedroom apartment! One mover attempted to gain access to the wrong unit even after I told him it was the next floor up. This same employee was caught talking to someone in a car that was not related to our move. Both were on their phones far too often for the work they accomplished. Not worth the money I paid, would not hire them again.

The guys were nice but we felt like they were rushing through the job and not as careful with our belongings as they should be. Placing sharp objects near fabric furniture. There loading was questionable lots of empty space not utilized properly. When into the job they questioned several times whether all the furniture would fit even though i moved before with the same amount of furniture and had no problems and all items fit. At the end of loading they couldn’t fit all my furniture leaving out dining room table, chairs several amount of boxes, tools, gaming chair and lots of miscellaneous stuff. Also 2 of my couch pieces were damaged as well as a desk piece. After they left
we ended up taking more then half of the stuff out and with help of some family reloaded everything and lo and behold 90% of items they left out we were able to fit in the container. So overall not satisfied. Again, guys were nice, I offered them drinks (hot day) and still tipped them each for there work but I paid $300 for 2 hours work and don’t feel that was worth it at all. Because of all this I can’t give more then 2 stars.

The moving team assigned to my move was polite and respectful, and they handled my possessions appropriately. Unfortunately, they arrived thirty minutes AFTER the one-hour arrival time window. Furthermore, one of the men was noticeably high and my kids noticed the strong smell of marijuana on him. He walked very slowly with my boxes, so maybe it was a good thing? The final issue that affected my review is that, even though I had 45 minutes left in my pre-paid two hour time block, the movers made excuses for why they couldn’t move some items my old residence which was three miles away. Strange, I called their boss and he said it was just fine. In the end, I was able to get the two hours of service that I paid for, but it was disappointing and awkward that I had to call the owner to make it happen.

These guys were GREAT! Dave and Quan knocked out everything in under two hours- lots of hustle, masterful packing in our PODs container. Only issue was 11am-12pm showtime... they came at 12:30pm- but they called and let us know they would be late. Professional and thorough. We've move a bunch (20+years in the military) and very impressed with the hustle and professionalism. Would recommend and will use again if the opportunity comes up.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
We provide a follow up call after booking, we go over the job details with you, answer any questions you may have in preparation for your move and offer any additional advice on packing items and what's needed for a safe and speedy move.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
We provide a phone call when en route to your move and as soon as we get to your location we do a walk thru to see what's being moved. We then start to wrap and protect items if we are loading, and get them into your truck or Storage container as safely and timely as possible. If its an unload, we do a walk thru to see the lay out of your home and ask where you want your belongings and then unload and unwrap your items safely and speedy. In both cases feel free to ask us to re arrange any of your items.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
To be best prepared to save time and money, everything should be packed and wrapped and ready for your move. However, we understand moving is quite overwhelming and can be a lot to deal with, in which case, were happy to come in and pack your entire household up, bring supplies such as boxes, tape, blankets, everything needed for a successful move. Then just sit back, put your feet up and let us take care of everything from start to finish.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have been in this industry for over 15 years and have seen and done it all. We do everything from nationwide cross country moves, to office moves, residential home moves, white glove services for art and sculptures, to grand and upright pianos, vehicle and motorcycle deliveries, as well as animal delivery and everything single thing in between. There is not a single thing we haven't encountered and are prepared for everything we come across.

What training do you provide your crew members?
What makes us special is that we only hire experienced movers with a minimum of 5 years moving experience, the average is 7 to 10 years. What that means, is that very little training if any is needed, but provided when necessary to meet our standards for quality. Experience and knowledge is shared between movers on every job so our team continues to get stronger and more knowledgeable with every job. We look forward to turning your most stressful day into an enjoyable experience.
