We are highly trained professional movers with many years experience, we only hire movers with a minimum of 5 years experience. We specialize in everything from small households, to warehouses, to antiques and priceless pieces of art, upright and grand pianos, and everything in between. Our main goal is customer satisfaction, in addition we are non smokers so were not taking any unnecessary breaks, we get in there and get the job done as safely and as swiftly as possible. The good:
Were they on time? They were on time
Were they prepared for the job? The dolly's and moving equipment was top notch step above others movers I've used, not your low end u-haul type dollies and four wheelers.
Did they work hard? They worked hard
Were they respectful of your property and goods? They took care not to damage furniture or walls.
Would you use them again? Yes I would use them again and recommend them.
Used a crew of 5 to unload two 26 foot rental trucks, they completed in four hours. Four of the Five crew members really hustled and did an outstanding job. I had some awkward and heavy items, and they were able to move them into the house and even to the second floor without any issues.
The bad
One of the five was out of shape had to take frequent breaks, and be talked to a few times by the crew lead, had a poor attitude and ran into some of his coworkers a few times while not paying attention. He ended up hurting himself before the move was over. Reading a phone going up a ramp without paying attention, saw him run into one of his coworkers because of inattention. He yanked a mattress out of the truck, without looking to see what it was holding in place, and dropped a box on the floor of the moving truck, luckily now damage. Also saw him bump his hand truck into another coworker on purpose, because he did not move out of his way fast enough. They should fire this guy before they have a workers comp claim or an insurance claim for damage, just a matter of time.

I have had issues in the past with movers I hired on the back end of a move not show up. These guys showed up on time, didn't mind my control freak tendencies about putting stuff in the storage unit, and completed the work in record time. I would totally use them again.

We hot these guys last mi ute due to issues with out moving van not being large enough to fit our stuff. They called me the day before insisting they would arrive at 8 am sharp but did not arrive until 8:15. One of the guys, Sebastian took at least 15 minutes to use our restroom which made the other guy, Austin take a break/slow down of which my wife noticed. They got most of what we needed loaded but since I paid for their time to load, I felt cheated out of that 15 minutes and at same time held me to the 2 hours I reserved them for. Would have preferred to have had Morris the Moving Man's more professional manner be used instead as he showed up on time the day before and were incredibly professional but due to the truck needing to be switched out, was otherwise scheduled for other moves.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
We provide a follow up call after booking, we go over the job details with you, answer any questions you may have in preparation for your move and offer any additional advice on packing items and what's needed for a safe and speedy move.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
We provide a phone call when en route to your move and as soon as we get to your location we do a walk thru to see what's being moved. We then start to wrap and protect items if we are loading, and get them into your truck or Storage container as safely and timely as possible. If its an unload, we do a walk thru to see the lay out of your home and ask where you want your belongings and then unload and unwrap your items safely and speedy. In both cases feel free to ask us to re arrange any of your items.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
To be best prepared to save time and money, everything should be packed and wrapped and ready for your move. However, we understand moving is quite overwhelming and can be a lot to deal with, in which case, were happy to come in and pack your entire household up, bring supplies such as boxes, tape, blankets, everything needed for a successful move. Then just sit back, put your feet up and let us take care of everything from start to finish.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have been in this industry for over 15 years and have seen and done it all. We do everything from nationwide cross country moves, to office moves, residential home moves, white glove services for art and sculptures, to grand and upright pianos, vehicle and motorcycle deliveries, as well as animal delivery and everything single thing in between. There is not a single thing we haven't encountered and are prepared for everything we come across.

What training do you provide your crew members?
What makes us special is that we only hire experienced movers with a minimum of 5 years moving experience, the average is 7 to 10 years. What that means, is that very little training if any is needed, but provided when necessary to meet our standards for quality. Experience and knowledge is shared between movers on every job so our team continues to get stronger and more knowledgeable with every job. We look forward to turning your most stressful day into an enjoyable experience.
