Guys were running a little late due to an earlier appt. They called to let me know before the appt time. Gave me a solid estimate for when they would be on site and were ahead of thar time.. They were only behind schedule less than an hour. Movers were experienced, quick, helpful, careful and considerate. They handled my belongings with care, and I appreciate that. Good job team! Super happy with Ogre Man! We moved here from the east coast and didn't know anyone that could give us a good recommendation. I hoped for the best and we got it! Thank you all so much. The guys were professional and very helpful. I live upstairs and the gentlemen worked together to get the boxes I to the yp the stairs and into the rooms. I really enjoyed their working with Ogre Man Movers!!!!

I requested service for a unload of a moving truck. The pair did show up on time and had welcoming and friendly personalities and were conversational. However my requests were not adhered too. My belongings were removed from the truck (and we helped remove things and with the entire process). I was present to give instructions as to how I would like the move to go and where I wanted items placed. Days after I am still sorting through boxes and items to find things stacked in garage that should be inside the home and things inside the home I specifically requested to be in the garage. As a single female it is very difficult and stressful to have to move mountains of boxes to get to things I requested be put in the home. I stated to the helpers 3 times that I would prefer all items be removed from the truck and be placed in the double wide drive way so that big and heavy items could be placed in home first but my request were not acknowledged. I’m unhappy with my experience overall.

First, not on time. Started extremely well then tapered off as the time closed to 2 hours. (Which was what was originally ordered). Wanted extra money, to go over two hour agreement. Did go over time. Guys wandered, told jokes/riddles on my time in the truck to each other. Floundered. Not cool. Unprofessional.

I scheduled two ( 2) helpers for 10:00 am - 12:00 and they appeared exactly as promised. I showed them what my needs were and without further explanation from me they got right to work , taking precautions with my items all the way. When we arrived at the unload location, I showed them where everything would be placed and again they put the items where I'd pointed out, there was no damage to either my home or my property. These fellows were awesome . I have already gotten a request for referral and I will definitely recommend Ogre Movers, they know they're stuff.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
We provide a follow up call after booking, we go over the job details with you, answer any questions you may have in preparation for your move and offer any additional advice on packing items and what's needed for a safe and speedy move.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
We provide a phone call when en route to your move and as soon as we get to your location we do a walk thru to see what's being moved. We then start to wrap and protect items if we are loading, and get them into your truck or Storage container as safely and timely as possible. If its an unload, we do a walk thru to see the lay out of your home and ask where you want your belongings and then unload and unwrap your items safely and speedy. In both cases feel free to ask us to re arrange any of your items.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
To be best prepared to save time and money, everything should be packed and wrapped and ready for your move. However, we understand moving is quite overwhelming and can be a lot to deal with, in which case, were happy to come in and pack your entire household up, bring supplies such as boxes, tape, blankets, everything needed for a successful move. Then just sit back, put your feet up and let us take care of everything from start to finish.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have been in this industry for over 15 years and have seen and done it all. We do everything from nationwide cross country moves, to office moves, residential home moves, white glove services for art and sculptures, to grand and upright pianos, vehicle and motorcycle deliveries, as well as animal delivery and everything single thing in between. There is not a single thing we haven't encountered and are prepared for everything we come across.

What training do you provide your crew members?
What makes us special is that we only hire experienced movers with a minimum of 5 years moving experience, the average is 7 to 10 years. What that means, is that very little training if any is needed, but provided when necessary to meet our standards for quality. Experience and knowledge is shared between movers on every job so our team continues to get stronger and more knowledgeable with every job.
