We are highly trained professional movers with many years experience, we only hire movers with a minimum of 5 years experience. We specialize in everything from small households, to warehouses, to antiques and priceless pieces of art, upright and grand pianos, and everything in between. Our main goal is customer satisfaction, in addition we are non smokers so were not taking any unnecessary breaks, we get in there and get the job done as safely and as swiftly as possible. The guys were great! Very quick, respectful and made the move easy for me. Someone broke the elevator a few days before my move so they had to carry everything up 2 flights of stairs. They had a great attitude about it, I heard them laughing in the stairwell a lot. I really appreciated how gentle they were with my things too. Really impressed!

They showed up on time and worked efficiently and quickly to unload my POD. Very polite and asked questions about where I wanted things placed instead of just dumping things anywhere they could find a spot. Really appreciated the help assembling my sofa and their efforts to try to assemble the bed. It was really hot, but that didn't slow them down. Really great experience.

They were on time ready to do the job with gloves and equipment that helped them move boxes and furniture up stairs. They work very hard and quickly putting my items where I asked without an issue. They took care of all my possessions treating it as if it was their own. If I moved again, I would absolutely use them again!

The movers are completely unprofessional. I am not at all skillful. They clearly did not know how to do the job. I have clearly instructed hi to helpers that we are looking to assemble furniture and these are very basic furniture there a handyman can do it in like 25 minutes dispense the complete two hours and they have made false allegations that we did not provide manuals, but we have given on mobile phones to, see the manuals in the two hours window. They only did fix the TV on to the rack. They left the entire job unfinished and not even 5% complete in the two hour window. Please DO NOT HIRE Ogre movers for fixing furniture because they do not know it. I wish they declined my job instead of committing to it and not delivering it. I will work with my bank to file a dispute on the charge.

The pros: the movers were very polite and respectful to me.
The cons: they arrived late. They arrived 3 people instead of 2, which confused me. I paid for 2 movers for 2 hours. They used all 2 hours when it could’ve been completed in under 1 hour (especially with 3 workers). They spent A LOT of time standing outside showing each other videos and talking about girls. It was infuriating how much time they spent outside chatting. No respect for my time. For how much I paid for this service it felt very unprofessional compared to other services. My belonging were literally unloaded into my house in random piles, blocking doors, light switches, etc. Sadly I would not recommend their services, and I would not use them again.

11/10. Hired two guys for a two hour job and they brought three and did it in less than one. Made the washer /dryer and large couch move look like a cakewalk. These guys are the real deal and they clearly LOVE their jobs- laughing and yucking it up the entire process. Good people. Hire them!

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
We provide a follow up call after booking, we go over the job details with you, answer any questions you may have in preparation for your move and offer any additional advice on packing items and what's needed for a safe and speedy move.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
We provide a phone call when en route to your move and as soon as we get to your location we do a walk thru to see what's being moved. We then start to wrap and protect items if we are loading, and get them into your truck or Storage container as safely and timely as possible. If its an unload, we do a walk thru to see the lay out of your home and ask where you want your belongings and then unload and unwrap your items safely and speedy. In both cases feel free to ask us to re arrange any of your items.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
To be best prepared to save time and money, everything should be packed and wrapped and ready for your move. However, we understand moving is quite overwhelming and can be a lot to deal with, in which case, were happy to come in and pack your entire household up, bring supplies such as boxes, tape, blankets, everything needed for a successful move. Then just sit back, put your feet up and let us take care of everything from start to finish.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have been in this industry for over 15 years and have seen and done it all. We do everything from nationwide cross country moves, to office moves, residential home moves, white glove services for art and sculptures, to grand and upright pianos, vehicle and motorcycle deliveries, as well as animal delivery and everything single thing in between. There is not a single thing we haven't encountered and are prepared for everything we come across.

What training do you provide your crew members?
What makes us special is that we only hire experienced movers with a minimum of 5 years moving experience, the average is 7 to 10 years. What that means, is that very little training if any is needed, but provided when necessary to meet our standards for quality. Experience and knowledge is shared between movers on every job so our team continues to get stronger and more knowledgeable with every job. We look forward to turning your most stressful day into an enjoyable experience.
