What can a customer expect after booking with you?
We provide professional customer service, communication and caring employees regarding the services the client desires on the moving request.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
We will contact our client the day before the moving date and the day of the move when we are in route upon arrival to let client know that movers are on the way, when we arrive to the job site, we will do a walk through with the client to show the crew everything that needs to be packed/loaded/unloaded/rearranged either if it's in the same facility, into a box truck, out a box truck, into a container or even out a container. We do provide moving equipment, tools, padding and shrink wrap.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
What we would like to see is customers having everything already boxed up, small items/loose items put away, everything ready to go, having majority of household items ready for shrinking wrapping.
What types of moves have you handled?
Everything from thick and thin. Single family homes, apartments on the 14th floor, offices, townhouse, evictions, semi trucks, containers, helping out other moving companies when they are exhausted, VA hospital/nursing homes, FL-NY, FL-TX, FL-GA and many more.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Giving each and every customer 100% customer satisfaction/expectation to the best of our ability to make sure the customer is comfortable and satisfied with our services from the start to the beginning. Our customers come first more than anything.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Professionalism, heavy/light lifting techniques, shrink wrapping passing courses, ability of disassembling and reassembling, awareness with curtesy, protecting furniture and household items as it was ours and customer service at it's finest !
