They arrived 35 minutes late. I paid for a crew of four, but for the first hour, only two movers were present. During the final hour, the crew spent most of the time trying to figure out how to fit everything into the two pods. As a result, I was forced to leave behind several items, including my office table, a lamp, a microwave, a guitar, and a desk chair—items I will now need to replace when I arrive at my new home.
We sincerely apologize for the late arrival and for not having the full crew present during the initial hour as scheduled. This is not the level of service we aim to provide, and we understand how this may have affected both the pace and overall efficiency of your move.
Additionally, we’re very sorry to hear that the packing process resulted in you having to leave behind valuable items. Our team should be fully equipped and prepared to optimize space when loading, and it’s clear we fell short in this instance.

The gentlemen doing the move were great, but a horrid experience otherwise. I had 9 am reserved. Then recieved an email of 9 to 10. Ok, not a problem. I get a call at 10, saying the first stop was delayed a little due to rain and that they would be here by 10 30. Ok, at 11 i called, the man said he remembered talking to me earlier and the previous stop had a second truck show up and he sent 2 guys to help them. Didnt help me at all and i complained. He said he would pull 2 people from that job and send to me, be here at 11 30. Said he would get me a partial credit. Then i got a call at 12 from a corporate person asking how it all went and explained the situation to them, he said he would look onto it and call me right back. Never heard from him again and no partial credit. If it werent for the guys doing the labor i would rate them a ZERO!
We understand how important it is for scheduling to be clear and dependable, especially on moving day. The delays and miscommunications you encountered are unacceptable and not reflective of the standards we strive to uphold. We are especially concerned to hear that follow-up promises regarding partial credit and callbacks were not fulfilled, and we apologize for the added frustration this caused.

We are experienced in and ready to handle local moves, long-distance, residential, commercial, office, military, and jobs requiring 50+ movers. We handle nationally selected VIP moves.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
My favorite part about being a mover is meeting new people everyday. Some of these relationships have lasted over 15 years!
What training do you provide your crew members?
Our training consists of live experience at our warehouse before going in our customers' homes.
