The job had a scheduled start time between 7 and 8 AM. At 7:45 they called to say they would be late and did not know when they would arrive as the crew had to drop their kids off at school. Smart Move accepted a job schedule they knew they could meet. This is a lack of integrity.
Once the crew showed up, they were competent.

On time and got everything done so quickly! There were no problems. They were professional, careful, and considerate.

They actually came early but had to leave after emptying truck. Did help put mirror on dresser. I did slats on the bed and they were leaving so I had them help throw mattress on the bed. Less than an hour but had to pay for two. So that sucks.

Easiest way to book movers on short notice. They showed up on time and completed the work on time. They were polite and personable. I would hire them again.

Charlie Louie and Angelo loaded our truck for us to move my daughter back to Wisconsin from Boulder Colorado. They were on time very polite and conscientious about their job they loaded the entire truck in only 1 hour 20 minutes they had to carry everything down a flight of stairs out the front door and down four more stairs to the sidewalk before going to the truck and neatly packed everything in our 16-ft long moving truck nothing shifted on our long journey which included trying to outrun a blizzard which we are unable to do we had to stay two nights in a hotel in Nebraska because interstate 80 was closed I would highly recommend these people
to do any kind of moving or packing in the future

Antonio and Dante were fabulous. On time, worked efficiently, offered suggestions and were able to compact much more than we thought would fit in our moving container. 5 stars.

The guys were respectful but showed up unprepared without tools. I had a basic set of tools when they showed up which they used. Once we moved the furniture to the new place, they didn't bring the tools or the bolts and screws to put the bed sets back together. I had to send my daughter back to the old place so they could finish the work. They couldn't fit a sleeper sofa in one of the rooms and broke 2 of the legs. The broken sofa sleeper now sits in my new garage and I will donate at this point. Overall not a good experience. I understand mistakes happen but this was a little much.

What's your favorite part about being a mover?
My favorite part about being a mover is meeting new people everyday. Some of these relationships have lasted over 15 years!
What training do you provide your crew members?
Our training consists of live experience at our warehouse before going in our customers' homes.
