I have used smart moves several time with success in the past. The crew I got today was different from past jobs. I Had hired qty 4 men for 4 hrs. One of the men sat in his car for almost 1/2 hr during the time. The head guy came to me about 45 min from end time to have me sign paperwork. I told him we weren’t done yet I still needed help. He acted inconvenienced. They worked another 20 minutes then had me sign paperwork then promptly left 15 minutes early. 1/2 hr After they left we realized we were missing hardware from several pieces of furniture they brought into the house and also 2 sofa beck cushions from a new piece of furniture they unboxed. The trash had been picked up already by a dumpster company so I now need to get new hardware to assemble items and also pay my client for new sofa cushions. I am asking smart moves to help with the replacement cost.

They arrived 15 minutes early, we did a walk through of the house to share where things were going and which room was which. They were prepared and worked hard and were very careful with the items they moved and with the walls, floors, etc. of the house.
I would definitely use them again.

Absolutely phenomenal in every way. Moved from another state and had our own moving truck so we hired Smart Move to unload. We called to interview 4 companies before 100% sold on Smart Move! Very Responsive to many calls and fast response with requested paperwork. They were on time, worked extremely hard and fast, had the best manners (sir, mam, please, thank you which was just so professional) asked questions when uncertain and above all-took a great deal of care with our whole house loaded in one truck! The manager even called half way thru the unloading to check in, see if we needed anything and gave us his direct number if any issues ocurred (which there was not). Final decision YES we will be hiring them again on our next move. Thank you Smart Move for taking such gentle care with our personal belongings-we appreciate you.
