They arrive very late. I unpacked most of the stuff myself. When they arrived they smelled like they’d been smoking pot. They hit both lights entering the front door several times. I wouldn’t use them again

I had a long -distance move and my containers were delivered late. I was able to easily reschedule the helpers 3 times. Finally, the containers arrived but I only had one day to unload.
The 2 young men, D and Derek, were wonderful. They arrived on time and got right to work. They took a quick tour so they would know the layout, then started to unload the moving pods. I was worried I couldn't get the 2 pods, an 8 foot and a 16 foot, unloaded in one day. Within 2 hours, D and Derek had emptied the pods.
Based on the service I received and how easy it was to reschedule,
I would definitely use Hire A Helper again.

They communicated before the arrived, were promptly within the preferred arrival window, moved all my belongings with care and ease, and double-checked where things should go if things weren't labeled. The team from Smart Move was great! They arrived on time and started packing our PODS shortly after looking around the home to make a plan. I was especially impressed with how well they handled some of our larger furniture pieces and how well they packed everything. They worked hard even past my pre-paid time to get all our stuff loaded up. I've moved all my stuff on my own in the past, and having the Smart Move team to help me this time made everything so much better. I highly recommend this company, they are true pros!

What's your favorite part about being a mover?
My favorite part about being a mover is meeting new people everyday. Some of these relationships have lasted over 15 years!
