Charles, Omar, and Tay were absolutely amazing! There was clear and consistent communication from before the day of my move, to the morning of my move, up until they arrived. They were not only efficient (the most efficient movers I have every hired), they were extremely friendly as well. I cannot give these young gentlemen any higher praise - they deserve massive raises. I have recommended Smart Move to coworkers and we will absolutely hire Smart Move again for any moving needs in Greenville!

The 3 guys showed up on time and we're pleasant and courteous. I had them only moving larger furniture and garage items and I was moving boxes myself separately in another day, another truck. I had a bit of an issue with their method of moving 2 large shelving cabinets...on their sides scraping along the floor of the truck and the storage unit. Maybe I'm just an out of touch Gen Xer and not used to the ways of Gen Z, but in my days of old, we didn't drag furniture on it's side when moving. Tends to result in a scratched up mess and anything I said along that line for any other pieces was an argument. And storing patio furniture on the couch, ending up with a dusty mess. Just overall carefulness was missing sometimes, but 20 year olds ya know? They did Tetris together the oddball garage stuff into the truck in an amazing way. I was dreading that for them. Watch the time, too. They did a great job in exactly taking the day out to 5 hours and 59 minutes when I'd prepaid 6 hours. I had some "how many movers does it take to ratchet a strap?" moments, but finally just accepted I was not going to get any time refunded per the agreement but as long as they didn't go over, just keep on keepin' on.

Michael and his crew were awesome, it was about 100 degrees outside and they were kind, polite and a productive team. They called first, came over and set a game plan before starting and it was perfect. 2 hours, 1 set of stairs and a 3 bedroom apartment. THANK YOU!!!
