Our two helpers arrived on time and began working shortly thereafter. They finished within the time we had allotted and there wasn’t any damage to our home or the property unloaded. Matt and Robert were very courteous and respectful and we would certainly have helpers from Smart Move back again.

I reserved 4 guys for the move, 3 of them showed up. Came without any tape and tools. Overall I fell the guys are great but the company Hire A Helper was not communicated with the movers property. It actually took more time to moved then I booked for . That's fine but when someone from Hire A Helper called to finalized the bill, he was really impatient with me when I ask for the details of my total. All he wants is to get my authorization to bill me the additional hours which I'm happy to paid. Very bad customer service and was giving me conflict information through out the process. Last time I hired the College Hunks moving company, they were so much better as far as communication, very professional and know exactly what to do. I wouldn't use this company again not because the movers locally in Asheville but was the company Hire a Helper.

This was the third time hiring smart move guys. They worked efficiently and timely. All the guys were great except the lead guy. He wasn't friendly and grumbled a lot. We tipped them well $30 for each guy and $60 for leas guy, for 1 1/2 hours work. There were three heavy pieces.

We are experienced in and ready to handle local moves, long-distance, residential, commercial, office, military, and jobs requiring 50+ movers. We handle nationally selected VIP moves.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
My favorite part about being a mover is meeting new people everyday. Some of these relationships have lasted over 15 years!
What training do you provide your crew members?
Our training consists of live experience at our warehouse before going in our customers' homes.
