These young men were neat, respectful, and very efficient at unloading a POD. They were careful with our possessions. I would recommend them for promptness and preparation. I would use them again, but I plan to never move again.

Arrived at 9:15 and showed around apt. What was going and what was not. Spend more time re-asking me what is going and arguing about what to put in truth next. My nephew and two daughters took what need to be taken apart and carried boxes and item to truck. Without there help they would have been another 11/2 hrs. They took nothing apart and had extra guy then first guy left after 1/2 hour emergency and second guy came Couldn’t get everything in and because all there discussion and arguing about what was to go next ended up paying extra 1/2 hr. Spoke with supervisor after they took “5 min break. 20 min later after only work for 1 hour.

I ordered 3 crew members for 3 hours to move into a new address. I was worried about fragile items & wanted to be careful. 2 showed & their supervisor John called to say I wouldn't be charged the full price. I had also paid for 3 hours as a buffer just in case, it took them 2 hours. I had just had the place cleaned prior & diligently following went back through the home to make sure it was secure prior to my belongings arriving. Immediately after the crew left I found not one but 3 windows cracked open & the remaining windows unlocked. I called John very frustrated; concerned with my safety & the safety of my home. He was defensive & said those were 2 of his best. He needed to make some calls. He called one time since & didn't leave a message. I've not heard back. I have since received my email that I was charged full price.

My favorite part about being a mover is meeting new people everyday. Some of these relationships have lasted over 15 years!
