The group of guys who packed my container were extremely professional and respectful to my home and household items. I was a little apprehensive at the beginning because I thought the workers were extremely young. Boy was I wrong. After a quick tour, the team quickly executed on a plan with two guys bringing items out and one guy meticulously packing two separate 8x16 PODS. I was concerned that all my items wouldn't fit. To my surprise, that made it happen, they got everything in the two PODS. Great job by this team!!!

Moses and Logan arrived on time, were extremely friendly and polite. Worked super hard and followed direction excellently! We had a lot of boxes and misc stuff and they were super careful with all of our antiques and heirlooms. They need a raise!!! We will definitely use them again when we move out of our rental and into our forever home!!!! Iād leave them 10 stars if I could!! Thank you!!!

The entire online process of reserving the service with confirmations and reminders was very easy to use and efficient. There were a couple of calls to clarify details with Hire A Helper, and the staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and responsive. The work crew was outstanding. They worked steadily and thoughtfully. They paid attention to details about where to place items and we marveled at the care they took to avoid damaging either the items moved or the interior of our home. Their ability to handled various sizes and types of items plus their "can do" spirit and friendliness were over the top. We'd rehire them in an instant with the highest confidence for excellent service. We could not be more pleased.
