Didn't get the sense that some of the crew were experienced movers. Several pieces of furniture were scratched. One piece that was badly damaged was a bedroom dresser. We recommended unwrapping the piece and removing all the drawers (the previous team that loaded the truck had done this) to lighten it since it had to go up 2 flights of stairs. They did unwrap it but then they decided not to remove the drawers. When we asked why they said, "it will speed us up not having to bring all the drawers up separately". Well they struggled with the weigh and had problems turning a corner which is where it got scratched. When we called it to their attention they said that they could have it repaired and would give us the information before they left. They then told us to call their boss which we did multiple times and have never gotten a return call. Would not use them again.

We are experienced in and ready to handle local moves, long-distance, residential, commercial, office, military, and jobs requiring 50+ movers. We handle nationally selected VIP moves.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
My favorite part about being a mover is meeting new people everyday. Some of these relationships have lasted over 15 years!
What training do you provide your crew members?
Our training consists of live experience at our warehouse before going in our customers' homes.
