Drake and Al were amazing.
Drake is one of the most friendliest and respectful young men I have met in a long time. He is an "old soul." Secondary to being stuck in the Atlanta traffic, they arrived a few minutes late but I did not care. I just wanted them to be safe. To make up for the delay, Drake did something unexpected. He and Al continued to work in helping my daughter and I return items that would not fit on the truck back into the storage. Drake was very conversational and warm. He smiled the entire hours and stayed so positive. I trusted them completely with my goods. They both were very, very professional and paid attention to customer care. Al packed the truck soooo tight and nearly perfect. He paid close attention to all details. I was shocked to learn that he had only been on the job less than two weeks. They are men of integrity and honesty. I strongly recommend Drake, AL and SMART MOVE, LLC for your packing/moving needs. The cost is so well worth them. Thank you men for taking great care of me. By the way, my unloaders, asked who packed my truck. I shared with them who and their comment was, "they did a very good job packing your truck."

They stood on furniture despite us providing a step ladder. Spent most time reorganizing small boxes on the truck instead of moving big furniture pieces despite us communicating that we mainly only wanted furniture moved. Caught on their phones not doing anything numerous times, very annoying considering it’s by the hour.

What's your favorite part about being a mover?
My favorite part about being a mover is meeting new people everyday. Some of these relationships have lasted over 15 years!
What training do you provide your crew members?
