Amazing movers!! I Schedule a last minute move and was glad that they had some availability to help me out, and I still got a decent price for it!! They showed up on time and quickly got everything moved over safely!! Highly recommend!! ??????????

The young men that showed up were polite, non complaining and knew what they were doing. They asked several times if i needed anything else loaded or to do a walk through. My only concern was the front door being left open as we had a cat that kept wanting to go out and we were not able to round her up before they came. Very nice boys.

Aaron from Smart move was absolutely amazing! I could never have moved across the country without him and his entire crew! They provided the tape some boxes everything was done within two hours as promised. Another amazing thing was Aaron’s commitment to getting the job done, he not only showed up early, and with the two people he promised he would bring, he brought several other people just to give them work. How nice is that? But I didn’t have to pay any extra for more help. Aaron was friendly, professional, he’s a great communicator, really nice to his crew as well. I love the way he coordinated everyone and made sure everyone was doing their particular task but he did it With respect and kindness. I love the way he spoke to his crew with please and thank you and provided great and Clear instructions to let them know exactly what they were supposed to be doing while he was was coordinating with me on what to pack that was more delicate and they were efficient. I really felt like I was in very good hands and my items were safe. I love the way they packed my pod to the max! They respected my very special instructions to put the top load, more delicate things, up on top.

I had hired a couple of task rabbits. I have hired other moving companies. I’ve moved across the country several times! Never in my experience, have I ever come across such a professional, wonderful and hard-working moving company.
If you’re moving from Nashville to anywhere else, even if it’s an in town move, I would highly recommend smart move LLC. Make sure you please speak with Aaron, he is incredible and if I had more money I would’ve tipped them $500 they were so great!
I literally cried when they left because they moved my entire studio into an 8X8X16 POD in under two hours! What was a daunting nightmare was greeted with some very kind helping hands and I felt SO relieved that I could finally see light at the end of the tunnel with this move from hell!!! Being a woman doing this whole move from Nashville to LA alone, I couldn’t be more grateful to Aaron for the respect he showed me and the hard work ethics he displayed!
So please hire Aaron and his amazing crew, you’ll thank me later.

Arrived in the window stated they showed up ready to go. Asked if everything that was to be taken did it quick and swiftly organized the truck really well in spots could of been better but not one to complain with an overall great job done.

They were marvelous. Came exactly at the time they said. They were clean and neat. Very well mannered. They asked me exactly what I wanted done once I explained they got straight to work with no interruptions until they were done. They went above and beyond to secure the load for me since I was hauling this at night long distance. .Not onething shifted the whole trip very impressed with them. I certainly would hire then again if the time comes I need someone.

Great guys. Asked for 2 and they brought 4. Moved an entire apartment in half an hour, 10/10 would use them again. Very affordable option and I got quality service. The dudes that helped me move seemed super chill and excited to be there. Hope more people choose their service.
