I'm a Realtor so I hire moving labor help several times a year on behalf of my clients. I've used the HAH platform before without issues, but not this service provider. Learned my lesson, WILL NOT be using them again. Due delays incurred this day at the hands of other consultants, I was forced to delay my appointment by one hour. After approximately 20 minutes on hold with customer service, HAH came back to the line to let me know that was okay, but they would need to charge a $90 rescheduling fee. Begrudgingly I agreed. So they were to show up at 3:00pm, and I received a text at that time saying they were on their way or should be near. I called customer service at 3:45pm when they still weren't there, and was told that they would be calling me to provide an ETA, AND that HAH would not charge me the rescheduling fee. The crew finally showed up at 5:10pm - not 5:00, but 5:10. The guys worked hard, I'll give them that. But, they couldn't work past dark at this location, so I did not get a full two hours of the service I paid for, either. They wrote on the sheet that they worked from 5pm until 5:45pm and that's not accurate. It was actually 5:10pm to 5:30pm. I was exhausted and still had an hour drive to get home that evening so I elected to let my review speak my mind. Fast forward to today, four days later and I received an invoice for everything, including the rescheduling fee that was to have been waived. The absolute worst service experience I've had in awhile. If I see Smart Move listed as one of the provider choices, I'm making another choice.

I highly recommend Smart Move. I needed help unloading a full 20 foot uHaul. They were flexible with scheduling and accommodated a slight delay. When they showed up they got to work and had the truck emptied in no time

What's your favorite part about being a mover?
My favorite part about being a mover is meeting new people everyday. Some of these relationships have lasted over 15 years!
What training do you provide your crew members?
Our training consists of live experience at our warehouse before going in our customers' homes.
