Arrived on time. I paid for 2 person crew but 3 showed up. Crew leader seemed experienced but others might have been in training. They took feedback well. They went pretty quick and always tried to carry multiple boxes, and this did cause a few boxes to rip at the handles from the extra weight. Did a great job organizing my items on my moving truck.
One item was missed and left behind during the move because the movers took it from the house and set it down in the garage, but then didn't load it into the truck.

So incredibly worth every dollar. They showed up in a very short notice after my Uhaul Mover Help cancelled last minute. Can not recommend them more!!! So excellent.

I hired movers from this company to unload a Penske truck at my new house in Nashville. The movers insisted on backing the truck up the driveway to make it easier for them to unload through the backdoor. I was not comfortable backing up a 22 foot truck, so the movers said they would do it. They quickly backed the truck into the side of my new home causing severe damage. I emailed and called immediately providing pictures of the damage. I received 1 email back stating they would be sending out a contractor to estimate the damage. The contractor never arrived and Smart Move LLC has since disappeared. Hire Helper has also been unable to reach them for a resolution. I am now stuck with trying to get estimates from contractors to fix the damage and probably paying for the damage out of pocket. Stay far away from this dishonest and careless company.

Thomas and his crew were excellent. They did arrive a little late, but called in advance to let me know. Once they arrived, they assessed the situation and took the time to discuss their plan and receive my concurrence. They were very careful with my furniture, walls, flooring, etc. I would definitely use them again and would not hesitate to recommend them to close friends and family.

What's your favorite part about being a mover?
My favorite part about being a mover is meeting new people everyday. Some of these relationships have lasted over 15 years!
What training do you provide your crew members?
Our training consists of live experience at our warehouse before going in our customers' homes.
