These two were amazing. They were nonstop and clearly Tetris players! Incredible job. Would recommend highly! Thank you! ??

I found that they helpers were nice; however not respectful of our house and the good. Lots of banging into doorways, and even when I stated that the container was fragile, they did not handle it with care. I think they were focused on getting the job done quickly, rushing and not working as a team. They did not have tools to reassemble the furniture and I needed to provide them with the tools as he stated, “I did not bring my truck”, even after I confirmed this with the dispatcher prior to the unload. Rushing, they broke a bed frame, of which putting a claim in won’t even pay the tax for the repair. Disappointing after the loading in Seattle was seamless and great care in handling our possessions and loading was outstanding. The “owner” was an attentive when I texted him initially; however, have not heard a peep from him, other than “file a claim”. I am hoping that they can do better for you.
The bed frame was damaged prior to the move. Our crew was working efficiently to save you an hour on your bill, not rushing but moving with a sense of urgency. Due to the existing damage, they were hesitant to assemble the bed to avoid being blamed for the prior issues.
We have issued a $150 refund on your $240 move (before tax), essentially completing your move for a minimal charge. We did our best to navigate the small rooms and tight doorways with your large furniture. While we strive to make every customer happy, sometimes circumstances prevent us from achieving that goal.

The movers were courteous, on time, and very fast. I think they did a wonderful job. The only worry I have is how many boxes were stacked on top of my furniture. There were a lot of heavy boxes and I worry about the legs and support at the base of my furniture. But it was a pleasant experience. I would definitely use them again.

The actual movers that showed up were great guys and worked hard. However, I ordered movers for 4 hours and was told they would stay as long as the job got done and I would pay for every additional hour. After my 4 hour block, they stayed a little longer and then told me that their boss was taking them off the job to go to another job. Again, the actual workers that showed up were great. Whoever this "boss" is has no clue what they are doing and is a moron. I had to complete about 25% of the move myself with my 16 year old son and 19 year old daughter. We moved our belongings into the PODS until 2:15 AM. This was completely unacceptable. Something needs to be said up front about how they have a deadline and would have to leave. At least then I could have hired some other movers to finish the job, or gone with a different company all together. If I hadn't already paid, I wouldn't have paid the full amount.
We apologize for any inconvenience this situation may have caused. We want to clarify that we fulfilled our pre-booked time and went beyond it, loading all containers available when our crew arrived. The additional unit was rented only after our departure.

Very hard working group. We had furniture that was incredibly heavy and oddly shaped to be moved and they did it without a hitch. Not a single thing damage in the house or to our belongings. Would absolutely use again.
