When the two young fellas arrived (on time) the dug in right away and got the job done in an hour. I was amazed and so glad to be on my way sooner than expected .

They did a horrible job loading my pod. They didn’t use any of the blankets I provided to cover my oak table, oak China hutch, or my oak dresser. They braced my table with a metal ramp directly on my hutch. They used a metal ladder to brace my table. Broke my rocking chair and broke several pictures and one lithograph. They put 2 cots weighing 30 lbs each on top of my flat screen tv. They threw all 6 of my oak chairs on top of each other no blankets and no sense of being secure on top of my paintings. I told them I was not happy for them flirting with my 17 yr old and how they loaded it. They needed to fix it or leave. They said no they weren’t in 15 minutes they had left of the 2 hrs. They didn’t care and made it clear it didn’t matter. Said” oh well we got it in there not our fault your upset. Your time is up. So you are charged. I have several thousands in damage and they don’t care.

On time, and the most respectful group of guys I’ve had the pleasure of working with. I’ve moved SO many times (military) and I can honestly say this was probably the easiest move because of all of their help. They don’t just throw the boxes in the truck either, they take the time to pack it in the most efficient way to maximize the space and wrapped all the furniture with furniture pads and then with plastic wrap to hold it in place. Very thorough!

Karon and Juston were great fast and very quiet. They helped me in any way they could with suggestions on what should go first as last and that made the move much quicker . Very customer oriented, they were so quiet my dog did not even know they where there and very respectful and on time . I would definitely use hem again.
