Fast and efficient. Very good job loading the moving truck with my items, nothing moved during the 1500 mi trip. Would definitely use them again.

The two young fellows who came to load the PODS from Smart Move (Hire a Helper) were on time, very professional, happy, communicative, knew their job and got it done in the required time. I highly recommend them - Dillon and Catlyn(spelling?) were their names, I think. They did an awesome job and made my life easier. I wish I would have hired them the last time I had to do this!

I was charged for an extra half an hour. I hired them for 2 hours and paid the travel fee between the two locations. So, 2 hours and .75 hours on top of that for traveling between two different locations. I was still charged for an additional half an hour. Smart move helper showed up 20 min to 10 and left at 12. I paid the travel fee between the locations. They did not go over 2 hours.
Do not make random charges like this. Otherwise, the helpers were good.

Spectacular Job and Spectacular company. I needed moving labor help loading a POD on a Sunday and booked with Smart Move LLC, hoping they would be working on a weekend. The procedure to book and get confirmation was seamless. I then called Billy to confirm my reservation and he said he could do it and would get two guys to me within 3-4 hours. The guys showed up promptly (Kobe and his partner). I was extremely impressed with the care they took with wrapping my furniture and they were extremely polite and respectful. This was probably my best moving experience overall, from beginning to end. I would highly recommend Smart Move LLC for your Moving needs.

I really enjoyed working with Carlos and Walter. They moved quickly and were actually 2 hours early! They did call and ask if it was okay to come early and I was more than happy. They asked multiple times if there was anything else they could do. They finished in 1 hour. I would highly recommend them.

The two guys who came to move my appliances and heavier furniture were amazing! I believe their names were Katen and Donnie. They were on time, worked extremely hard, and were respectful and professional. They made a difficult move much easier. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

The guys that unloaded our moving truck were awesome! They showed up on time, even called and let me know how far away they were. They worked very hard, had the truck unloaded in under 2 hours. They were kind and respectful. I would highly recommend them and would use again in the future.

The 2 gentleman we were lucky enough to get were phenomenal!!!! If we ever need to move again I will be sure to use the same company. Smart move. Aaron or Adam (I believe his name was) was exceptional. He was very precise and gentle with out things. Always asked to to put them and was very guiding and helpful to his partner. We had them for 2 hours but they were so quick they were done in 45 mins and then helped stay and put our 84 inch tv on the wall as well. I would 100% recommend

What's your favorite part about being a mover?
My favorite part about being a mover is meeting new people everyday. Some of these relationships have lasted over 15 years!
