I was nervous about hiring movers. My brother passed away from COVID and he along with my other brother were the ones that would have helped me move. Due to the pandemic, I had to this move for the first time by myself. The team at smart move was on time courteous, prepared, worked hard, helpful, and put together my canopy bed without any experience of putting one together. They were able to follow the instructions. I would definitely use them again. I was highly impressed with their team, very impressed. Thank you again!

Showed up on time, worked quickly and carefully. No damage to anything and helped reload things going to storage back on truck.
Finished in less time than prepaid for and refunded the extra. Will definitely use again when we move again.

Our experience with this company was mixed. There was clearly one seasoned veteran who directed the other two individuals.
I felt that the people provided were not as strong as we were hoping and I had to help with a heavy item that I was told could be handled by the team (of 3). The team was not as professional as the last company we used through Smart Move but were courteous.
Or biggest issue was that one of the team members stepped off of the carpet covering we had put down and onto our new carpet with muddy shoes. They did not check themselves before entering our new home. This was extremely disappointing. The company said that they would have the carpet cleaned but I am still waiting for that to happen.

**No Show** We Scheduled 3 helpers to arrive on Sunday 11/1 at 16:00 for a business move. We confirmed the job the Friday before with Smart Move through email, who provided us the main contact that would be there to help. Sunday arrived and no one showed up. We contacted Smart Move and they could not get ahold of the helpers assigned. Our client ended up unloading the items along with our driver, which was embarrassing to say the least.

What's your favorite part about being a mover?
My favorite part about being a mover is meeting new people everyday. Some of these relationships have lasted over 15 years!
What training do you provide your crew members?
Our training consists of live experience at our warehouse before going in our customers' homes.
