The workers arrived on time and worked very hard from start to finish. They were very careful with our furniture. We hired them for three hours and they finished in two. My wife and I would definitely hire them again.

The guys were on time and very polite. They worked hard but I think found themselves quickly over their heads. They reported to a storage unit, loaded a truck, and unloaded it at a residence 15 minutes away. There were no heavy appliances (no fridge, washer, dryer, etc). One guy was on his first week back from a back injury and the other was on his first week ever. It all went well until it came time to bring a 3-seater couch into the living room. I ended up having to patch 3 large holes in my walls and multiple dents and scrapes. The couch was leather and ended up with a large rip/scrape down one side that exposed stuffing after it was dragged along the exterior brick siding on the way in the house. After finally getting that couch into the house, I elected to have them leave the smaller couch in the garage rather than risk more holes in the walls and torn leather. They worked hard. They just didn't have enough experience moving large bulky items.

Smart Move came in with extra hands at no cost, got everything out of my PODS super quick, were extremely careful to protect and pad everything including the floors, and got everything assembled. Even when everything I wanted was done they insisted on helping even more after the fact and put together even more things! Highly recommended.
