Unloaded my whole pod In just under a hour! They even had to take everything up to the 3rd floor and go it done in half the time I expected

The two young men who came to help me move my belongings from two Relocation Cubes into my new home were respectful, responsible, hardworking and quick. It was hot outside. They didn't complain. I hired them fir two hours and they were done well under that time. I would recommend Hire A Helper. I had a great experience with this company.

The Smart Move Team had already completed a job in the morning when they arrived at my location in the middle of the afternoon where the temperatures were in the mid 90's.
The four smart Move team members unloaded the 26" rental truck and completely filled my downstairs basement, along with several larger items it the garage.
The team took less than THREE HOURS to unload and transfer 80% of the items to the basement in miserable weather on a one-day notice, AFTER completing a prior move that morning.
Lifesavers is not a strong enough word for what the team at Smart Move was able to provide for me.
I would NEVER hesitate to contact and hire Smart Move in the future for any of my moving needs!

They were two young men that I don’t think had a lot of experience, they were great at wrapping everything but I think if they would’ve had a more experienced person with one of them, they could have stacked it better because it was supposed to be 20 feet and they used almost the entire trailer. Just a suggestion put an experienced person with a new person.

They were late arriving. One of the guys had slides for footwear! Really?! He also rode the hand truck down the driveway! A good way to be injured! I would not use them again.

The gentlemen did an excellent job. Moved everything where I wanted it. We’re very polite and professional.
They were just as shocked as I was to see all the damaged goods from the previous packers from Ft Walton Beach, FL. Especially the dining room table! Legs were broken and table split in half from putting too many heavy items on it. They didn’t secure the POD enough.

Extremely friendly, professional, and efficient. Ollo, Zeb, and Moses came to help me unload my U-Haul as I was moving from out of state. They were schedule to arrive between and 9am and 10am. They were there at 8:45 and ready to work! They were all very personable and friendly. I planned to do a lot of the work myself and I really just hired them in case I needed help lifting heavier pieces. However, they were so quick and efficient, I mostly just stayed out of the way and directed where things went. They handled everything with care were done in no time! I would highly recommend and I will definitely be using them for any future moves!

My favorite part about being a mover is meeting new people everyday. Some of these relationships have lasted over 15 years!
