The guys were right on time, and very respectful of our belongings. We moved into a 3rd floor apartment, on possibly the hottest day of the year to date, and these guys worked so hard. We are very happy with their service and would not hesitate to hire them again (but we promise to get rid of some of our stuff first!).

They were fantastic. Arrived early, moved promptly. They wrapped the furniture, loaded the truck, and even tied things down. It was more than I expected and much better to hire actual movers vs people on something like Task Rabbit

First, I've never used a moving service for anything and I will now never NOT use one! I was referred to them when I ordered the storage container through 1800PACKRATS. Smart Move contacted me and talked me through the process. The crew was actually EARLY and called ahead to ask me if it was OKAY to arrive EARLY. Say what??!!? What service company is ever EARLY?
Billy was the lead for the crew and he brought along extra guys (I'm thinking they were in training) for assistance. Billy also sent me a link to his GPS coordinates so I knew how far out they were.
The crew was extremely polite and courteous and careful with all my items. At the end and after getting my approval of how they packed everything, to what exactly in each room was left/removed, I asked if it was possible to have the same crew when they came to unload the box in a couple weeks.
Sure enough, a couple weeks later, I had requested Billy and he showed up again early, and even helped move a couple extra items for us that we already had in the condo.
Superior job, Smart Move and Billy! Use them! It's worth every cent!

We are experienced in and ready to handle local moves, long-distance, residential, commercial, office, military, and jobs requiring 50+ movers. We handle nationally selected VIP moves.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
My favorite part about being a mover is meeting new people everyday. Some of these relationships have lasted over 15 years!
What training do you provide your crew members?
Our training consists of live experience at our warehouse before going in our customers' homes.
