Well I was expecting two guys and I got three. The first thing they did when they showed up was introduce themselves with a handshake. You can tell a lot by a handshake and I knew then these guys were for real. They did a great job from start to finish, no slack in their work, they actually finish in one hour when I was thinking two hours may not be enough time. I WAS TOTALLY SATISFIED!!

They did an amazing job! I hired two people to help me move all my belongings from a two bedroom apartment into a storage container. I hired them for two hours and they easily got everything done on time. Packed the container really well and left me room to throw a few last things in there before it got picked up. The crew was friendly, worked quickly and showed up on time. Communication was great leading up to the job. I would recommend using their survives without hesitation!

I could't be more pleased with Smart Move LLC! Things on my end fell thru and I ended up having to book them last minute -which made me very nervous. I received a personal confirmation text from Jimmy Lee right away, which immediately put my mind at ease. When they arrived they were very professional and needed very little instruction before getting right to work. I was blown away at how enthusiastic they seemed and how fast they were able to accomplish everything. Before their arrival I thought I would probably need an additional hour, but we actually had 30 minutes to spare! I cannot say enough good things about this crew - I believe what stood out overall was how well mannered all three of them were. Their attention to detail, efficiency and overall work ethic was enough for me to take the time and write them a 5 star review- but I honestly cannot ever remember working with anyone so respectful and polite as this crew. I will certainly be using them again myself and would recommend them to any and everyone in need of fantastic moving services.

What's your favorite part about being a mover?
My favorite part about being a mover is meeting new people everyday. Some of these relationships have lasted over 15 years!
What training do you provide your crew members?
Our training consists of live experience at our warehouse before going in our customers' homes.
