The team arrived on time ready to work. The unloading job was completed within the estimated time and cost was as expected. The movers took reasonable care with our belongings and for the most part followed our instructions on where to place them. When our labeled boxes ended up in the wrong room, they were very willing to move them to the correct location. They were also willing to adjust furniture into its final position. We would use this company again.

The guys from Smart Move, LLC were really a step above the rest! Thank you again to Jimmy, Chris, and Lien (I think I am spelling his name incorrectly and I apologize). Over the past few years we've moved a number of times and this was by far the best crew yet. They brought all of the right equipment to move everything efficiently and safely. We will be moving again in 1-2 years so we will definitely be using Smart Move again!

What's your favorite part about being a mover?
My favorite part about being a mover is meeting new people everyday. Some of these relationships have lasted over 15 years!
What training do you provide your crew members?
Our training consists of live experience at our warehouse before going in our customers' homes.
