Came slightly later than I had originally booked, but I had received a call the day prior to ensure the new time was okay and then received a call when they were on the way. Worked hard, professional, did a good job. No complaints! Would hire them again.

Polite, hardworking and well organized. All were very careful with the furniture and belongings. David did an excellent job of coordinating with workers, packing the POD, and returned all his phone calls promptly. They arrived 2 hours late due to some preparation issues but worked hard and got the job done expediently. I would recommend having a supervisor (David) check work orders before booking in future - website grossly underestimated my POD needs for workers and POD size!

The three young men who came to help move my daughter from a 2nd floor apartment to a house that was an hour away were wonderful. They were very hard workers. They worked fast but still made sure to take care of all her belongings. They even didn't complain when we got to the house to unload and the A.C. wasn't working. It was in the middle of the day during a day where the heat index was over 100 degrees. I highly recommend Smart Move.

Young men were prompt, polite, and professional. Took great care moving furniture out of the house; and whilst loading the PODS container. The lead man explained the loading procedure; and willingly accepted customer suggestions. Worked out really good because we were organized and had march ordered a few items in advance.
Took PODS planning suggestions to order up rubber bands (they go fast). We provided tie downs, rope, bungees, and plenty of moving blankets and other padding materials. Yes, I would ask for this specific team again. They worked hard and only took a water break in the two hour loading window. Deserved the tip we gave them.

The workers that came to the house were VERY hard workers. They got everything moved with time to spare. They were also very polite, took direction well and we're careful with all my belongings - Nothing was broken.
The only negative I noticed afterwards
while unpacking wass that some common sense wasn't used in stacking just a few of the boxes. Boxes marked "books" placed on boxes marked "fragile". But no harm done.
I would definitely hire these movers again, but would just give a bit more direction on my part as far as where to put things exactly.

These guys are the best. I was told to hire them by a friend because of how impressed she was by them. The three guys who worked were polite, worked continuously, and worked diligently to put everything in order. They fit my washer and dryer in the smallest laundry space I've ever seen. I don't know how they did it. But, they were determined to get me set up. They even arrived later because of the delay in my leaving where I was moving from. It was the greatest thing ever for this company to help me in this way. Hire these guys!!!!

Angel and his partner did a fantastic job loading my pod. Once I had all my boxes packed I was certain I would not be able to fit my couch, bookshelves, and outdoor table in the pod. Not only were they able to fit everything but there was room to spare for extra odds and ends. I would highly recommend him and Smart Move, LLC to anyone in need of a mover.
