Smart Move LLC showed up to load my belongings were on time and very courteous. Those were the only positive things I can say about the service. I had blankets and plenty of shrink wrap, but for some reason they stopped using it after a few items. Everything made of wood is ruined: dining room chairs, nightstands, dressers, console tables, whiskey hutch, etc. all have gouges or scratches on them. Apparently they could not figure out that a Sleep Number bed has magnets that hold it closed. Instead of asking, they ripped the fabric to get to the components. I had two containers to load and things that should have gone together were put in different units. Unfortunately I was not watching them as they worked.
The company that unloaded everything for me could not believe what they were seeing. They took pictures of each item so that I can start a claim against Smart Move LLC.

What a great experience. Jason and Charlie did a phenomenal job and had such a great attitude. I have to get the rest moved once I get another pod and I will definitely ask for them!!

Our movers called in advance and arrived on time. They were extremely friendly, organized, and efficient. They took care to make sure the unit was loaded properly and all of our belongings were safe and secure. Job well done!

I found many crushed boxes, 2 damaged items. The one fellow worked his butt off, while I saw the other guy leaning over the back of the truck. I think I saw the non worker guy half as much as worker guy. The worker guy was rearranging things while again non worker guy didn't break a sweat. It was 90 degrees. The job was not finished.

What's your favorite part about being a mover?
My favorite part about being a mover is meeting new people everyday. Some of these relationships have lasted over 15 years!
What training do you provide your crew members?
Our training consists of live experience at our warehouse before going in our customers' homes.
