I was most impressed with the work of Timothy, Abraham, and Mateo. While they weren't on time, they would have been if it weren't for the fact that our address is notoriously difficult to find on GPS (post office changed our address, and virtually no GPS has been updated to reflect the new address). They kept us informed of their travel progress, so I knew they would be late. Upon arrival, they immediately were no-nonsense and worked hard; and we mean really hard (our 16 ft. truck was packed to the brim!). We were most pleased they had carpet covers to install while doing the unloading of a previously loaded truck. They were all very careful and respectful of our property and goods, and did not damage or drop anything. They were even willing and able to move some of our very heavy items twice (we initially directed them to move the items to the wrong location upstairs, and they re-moved them downstairs). Overall, we are very happy to highly recommend Smart Move and our crew.

Our perfect gentlemen arrived on time and ready to work. They were awesome. They had to disassemble three beds and a dining room table and were very cautious with all items. Our Nordic Track treadmill was not easy for them but they did not give up and never a cross word was spoken. They had great manners and attitude. We will most certainly use them again.
