Our movers were awesome! Arrived on time, listened carefully when I provided an overview, loaded up our (probably too small) truck top to bottom with our belongings without damaging anything. They were very friendly and polite the whole time. It was a tough unloading job with a flight of stairs right behind the front door, but they were true professionals. I would highly recommend.

They were on time, very respectful of the many requests I had for not only how I wanted the POD loaded but also how I needed the remaining house furniture rearranged to have new flooring put in the house. I hope to have this crew back to empty my POD after the new floor is in. They are hard workers and I am very pleased with the job they did. I would recommend using this service to anyone in need of good movers.

Guys were on time, pleasant, and worked hard. They did a good job packing things in the truck so there was no major damage.
However they did not plastic wrap any furniture like they promised even after I asked. Several pieces had scuffs, scrapes, or nicks. The buffet has a bad gouge on top another piece has scrapes to the bare wood on the edges. The white box springs are now black on one end even though I provided plastic covers for them. Just frustrating because it was preventable damage. But overall things came through pretty well.

The two young men that did my job were exceptional - polite, professional, and efficient. They are also fantastic at packing a POD without losing a single inch of space. They took amazing care of my house and belongings, too. Can't recommend them enough - if you need a POD loaded, SmartMove is the way to go if they're available in your city. A+ experience - would absolutely hire again without hesitation.

What's your favorite part about being a mover?
My favorite part about being a mover is meeting new people everyday. Some of these relationships have lasted over 15 years!

Our training consists of live experience at our warehouse before going in our customers' homes.
