James and Tray were absolutely amazing! Texted me when they were on their way and even arrived and started early!! Very polite and efficient. Very careful and handled all furniture and breakables with respect. I would definitely recommend!!

Smart Move Asheville: Jamil, Des, and Moses were conscientious, careful, polite, respectful and competent. They lifted, carried and knew how to put furniture together that was in pieces from storage. They kept their shoes clean, they were pleasant/funny/fun, and they got the job done in less time than I booked. Smart Move was responsive Mon-Fri and texted, emailed confirmations in a timely manner. I couldn't reach anyone Saturday morning and had to leave voice mail, but it all worked out and in better time than anticipated. Would use them again in a heartbeat.

The movers were very helpful. It did take longer than the estimated time but we got moved in. There was some miscommunication with our new address so that delayed things a bit. Other than that, the movers were great!

The movers were early & ready to start! I used them to unload containers that were shipped to my new house. They were quick to unload everything, but not necessarily careful when maneuvering thru the hallways. They did knick a wall & told me about it right away, but knicked a second time & did not tell me. There were also several scuff marks on the walls.
Overall they were good with speed to keep the move in the reserved timeframe, they handled my items with care, but they could have been more careful with the walls.

These guys did a great job packing the truck. I drove over 9 hours over some pretty bad roads and nothing fell out of place. They showed up on time and worked fast. Highly recommended.

We are experienced in and ready to handle local moves, long-distance, residential, commercial, office, military, and jobs requiring 50+ movers. We handle nationally selected VIP moves.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
My favorite part about being a mover is meeting new people everyday. Some of these relationships have lasted over 15 years!
What training do you provide your crew members?
Our training consists of live experience at our warehouse before going in our customers' homes.
