I called Smart Move to ask for an expected arrival time and was told 30 minutes. 50 minutes later, they called me and said they were 12-15 minutes away. They didn’t show up for another ~40 minutes and arrived at the incorrect location even though we had discussed exactly where to meet. I also asked for a hand truck to be provided, and they only showed up about a 12x12in dolly. I asked several times for certain items to be brought up first (which were easily accessible from the back of the uhaul) but the movers continued to move other items instead of the ones requested. They got the job done but it was a very unprofessional experience.

We are experienced in and ready to handle local moves, long-distance, residential, commercial, office, military, and jobs requiring 50+ movers. We handle nationally selected VIP moves.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
My favorite part about being a mover is meeting new people everyday. Some of these relationships have lasted over 15 years!
What training do you provide your crew members?
Our training consists of live experience at our warehouse before going in our customers' homes.
