We used Smart Move to unload two 28-foot trailers into two rented storage units over two days. The moving labor helpers from Smart Move showed up promplty at the appointment time and got right to work. They worked continuously under very hot conditions. They were responsive to our wishes regarding handling and placement of our possessions. The first day, the time required exceeded the estimated time, and they brought in additional helpers to finish the work that morning. The second day they actually finished a little before the estimated time.
The first day they arrived with one hand truck; the second day they had two hand trucks and two furniture dollies which would have been helpful both days.
I would use Smart Move, LLC again.

I have only the best things to say about the two young men who came to help me unload the moving truck. They kept in touch to let me know about their arrival time, were very polite, well-organized, prepared for the job, respectful of my belongings and the property, and did an overall excellent job. I highly recommend this moving company!

They came almost 3 hours late. Banged up my furniture and promised a discount because they were so late but three days after the initial charge, they tried charging me again an extra $600. The movers were unprofessional, damaged my furniture, complained the entire time and if I had known it would be this much hassle I would’ve canceled after the first hour of being late and gone with someone else. I’ve move 5 times and have never had such problems with a company. Go with someone else.

Incredible job from Smart Move, they were early to my loading window which was perfect! They helped me disassemble and assemble my bed like I requested, and treated everything I own with the upmost respect.
When I got to my unloading place, unfortunately my roommate had her own movers bail on her last second, and they were happy to help her with her larger items after they finished with my job. I was so impressed by their professionalism and helpfulness. I would definitely hire them again!
