I had a few issues with the movers. I was told I had to pay for three hours and they were finished loading the POD in an hour and a half. I purchased blankets for them to use and found most of them still folded in the POD when it was unloaded. I have a lot of damage to my wooden furniture because of how it was packed. I covered the mattresses with bags and they still managed to get the open side of the mattress dirty. There's a hold in my box spring cover. There are scratches and significant dings in several of my furniture pieces. I think they could have done a better job packing. I do not think I would use them again. I tipped them $100 in addition to the $540 charge. I am filing a claim with Hire a Helper.

I appreciated their hard work but they definitely rushed, did not treat my items with care and were on their phones a lot. I hired them for four hours and they rushed through it in two hours. I would have preferred that they slowed down, treated my items with care, read what I wrote/labeled on the items and boxes, and packed the truck better/with more care. Numerous items/surfaces were scuffed/scraped. A couple items were broken. Boxes that weren't supposed to be stacked were. Boxes that were filled with cleaning supplies were stacked on top of wardrobe boxes and leaked all over my clothes.
