Cameron and his partner were on time, super friendly, efficient, and careful. They loaded my daughter’s 1 bedroom apartment into the van (Hertz Promaster 2500 - perfect size) in about an hour. When we unloaded, everything was in the same condition it was when they loaded it.
It also stopped raining when they arrived, but I’m not sure it’s fair to build an expectation that they will influence the weather.
If I ever need another move in Ohio, I will seek to use them again.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
We will call you and discuss everything about your move. If you have any questions this would be the time to ask them.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
We will call you the day before to reconfirm your moving time. When we arrive to the job we will ask you to give us a tour of all the goods that we will be moving. Any special requests can be addressed at this time. We will go over some paperwork with you at the conclusion of the walk through. Once we have gotten a signature from you we will begin working.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
I would highly recommend having everything you can pack into a box packed in a box. This will insure it makes it to the destination the safest way possible. If you can disassemble anything that needs it. We will disassemble things and reassemble things if you are unable.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have done moves as small as 1 item moves, 1 bedroom apartments all the way up to 6 bedroom houses and complete office moves from disassembling to reassembling cubicles.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
I really appreciate when customers notice our pride in our work because this industry is very personal and they understand we have all good intentions towards them and their belongings.

All crew members have at least 1 year experience in this industry before we even consider hiring.
